"Places" for duplicate scores are decided by a "Tie-Breaker" shoot-off
for 1st place .....IF all shooters are present.
Otherwise, "Ties" are decided by which shooter scores the most "12's" on
the course.
2nd & 3rd place "Ties" are decided by the shooter who has the most "12's" on the
course.
If scores are "EXACTLY" the same, and shooter's are not present, a
"DRAWING" will determine places.
