*Lifetime memberships may be purchased on a payment plan of 3 or 4 equal payments.  This works out to be 4 quarterly payments of $75,  or 3 payments of $100 due every 4 months. The full amount ($300) must be paid in one year or less.

I,  the undersigned,  make application for Lifetime Membership in the North Carolina Bowhunters Association and agree to the following:

1-    Membership is for the life of the member, or the length of the North Carolina Bowhunters Association as an incorporated organization.
2-    Conviction of a wildlife violation can result in the membership being void, without refund of any monies.
3-    Memberhsip cannot be transferred to another person for any reason.
4-    Disagreement or not conforming to any part of the North Carolina Bowhunters Association Constitution and By-Laws can void the membership. The member will be afforded an appeal hearing before the Executive Council if requested within 30 days of notice that membership was not approved or terminated.
5-    It is the member's responsibility to notify the North Carolina Bowhunters Association of all address and telephone changes.
6-    It is understood that the monies paid for a Lifetime Membership will be controlled in a Special Fund by the Executive Council for the protection of bowhunting. This fund is named the "Bowhunter Defense Fund."  The principle moneys may NOT be used, except for the purpose intended.  The interest each year may be transferred to the NCBA's General Operational account to help pay ongoing expenses of operating the business of NCBA.  (April 27, 2007)
