The North Carolina Bowhunters Association requests your support of Bowhunting in North Carolina!
Bowhunters from accross our state help support many archery/bowhunting businesses and manufacturers in N.C. and nationwide. They purchase YOUR goods and services, such as: "Hunts"; Bows; Stands; Arrows; Decoys; Scents; Calls and many other bowhunting accessories. The "North Carolina Bowhunters Association" is a private, non-profit organization which is governed and operated by bowhunter "volunteers". Our commitment is to, and for the love of, our sport of bowhunting. In order for our efforts to be successful, we need the support of the bowhunting population of our state, and we desperately need YOUR support.
Our annual convention, awards banquet, and auction is held in February each year. The proceeds from this event make the difference between our success or failure, and ultimately, the future of bowhunting in North Carolina. Without our constant effort to monitor the laws and regulations in N.C we could easily lose a great portion of our bowhunting tradition. The opinions and official positions our association has taken in the past, in many instances, have made the "difference" when our wildlife commissioners and legislators act upon laws and regulations which would have an impact on bowhunting and hunting in general in North Carolina.
Once a year we ask for your support. Please consider donating at least ONE item which you manufacture or distribute toward our cause. The item(s) which you donate will be auctioned or given as door prizes at our annual banquet. As previously mentioned, the proceeds make the difference in our ability to continue the fight to keep our bowhunting heritage alive and well in N.C. You/Your company will also be listed in our magazine, "The North Carolina Bowhunter", as a donor/supporter of bowhunting in N.C. For donations of "Bows", "Hunts", or other items of significant value, we will run advertisements for you throughout the year in our magazine. We offer to those guides/outfitters who donate complete hunts this advertisement PLUS our members will set up a table to distribute your literature at our convention to prospective clientele for you!

The North Carolina Bowhunters Association graciously acknowledges any support you can give this year. We sincerely hope you will continue to support our cause this year and into the future.
Based upon the value of the item(s) donated, the NCBA will supply the following services to you:
a. - Credit as NCBA "Donor" in our magazine, "The North Carolina Bowhunter."
b - Four Business Card size adds in magazine next year.
c - If you cannot attend our convention, we will represent your hunts at our
convention at a special table set up for NCBA "Donors" by distributing your
literature, showing your videos, and making referrals directly to you.
a - Credit as NCBA "Donor" in our magazine, "The North Carolina Bowhunter."
b - Minimum of two(2) Business Card size adds in magazine next year.
c - If you cannot attend our convention, we will represent your hunts at our convention at a special table set up for NCBA "Donors" by distributing your literature and making referrals directly to you.
*NOTE* -
"Full-Value" hunts are defined as hunts which are donated without any cost to the NCBA. |
"Cost-Value" hunts are defined as donated hunts which NCBA pays you a negotiated, discounted, or reduced price for. These are the most difficult hunts to auction off, because we have to start with a "minimum bid". |
"50-50" hunts are defined as donated hunts which NCBA pays you 50% of the sale/auction price we receive for the hunt at the banquet. These are the easiest to sell, and often bring more once the bidding begins than a "Cost-Value" hunt will bring because we don't have to start with a "minimum bid". |

Based upon the value of the item(s) donated, the NCBA will supply the following services to you:
- Items of $90 Retail Value, or More!
a - Credit as NCBA "Donor" in our magazine, "The North Carolina Bowhunter."
b - Minimum of two(2) Business Card Size adds in our magazine next year.
Tree Stand Manufacturers
Based upon the value of the item(s) donated, the NCBA will supply the following services to you:
- One Tree Stand
a - Credit as NCBA "Donor" in our magazine, "The North Carolina Bowhunter."
b - Minimum of two(2) Business Card size adds in our magazine next year.
*NOTE* - The NCBA retains the right to refuse any donations it deems not to be in the best interest of the association.
