                                                                                                        How this page works..

1- If you have an item you want to sell,  send a digital photo to us.  Click HERE to send it to us.                    
2- Include the following information:                                                                                                     
    a.  Name and description of item.                                                                                               
    b. Your name, address, phone number(s) and email address.                                                      
3- State a minimum or starting bid you wish to use for the item.                                                         
4-  Monitor this link.. HIGH bids will be posted periodically.                                                               
5-  When the bid reaches a price you are willing to accept,  notify us HERE,  and NCBA will notify the purchaser and accept payment for the item.
6-  Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the purchaser in all cases.  
    a. The seller must work out shipping/delivery cost and details with the purchaser,  unless the item was donated to NCBA.
    b. If you donated the item to NCBA for sale,  we will assist in coordinating the shipping/delivery of the item with the purchaser.
7- All items will be paid for directly to NCBA.
    a. If the item was not donated to NCBA,  a 10% commission will be withheld from the check and the balance will be sent to the seller when payment is received.

SORRY! ... We cannot sell firearms or ammunition of any description... or crossbows.

3-  Refer to the "ITEM NUMBER" and "DESCRIPTION" when placing a bid for any item.  Please submit only ONE bid per email message.
