When:
March 6th, 2010
The "Awards Banquet" begins at 6 PM with a Social half-hour.
Dinner is served at 6:30 PM. Guest speakers and events will follow.
Where:
The 2010 NCBA Annual Banquet will be held in the Kerr-Scott Building at the State Fairgrounds.
The Banquet is a "smoke and alcohol free" event!

*You may reserve a table in advance with the Banquet Coordinator (for Saturday night), or at the convention during the day, for a table at the banquet for your group of six.

Ticket Sales
Cost: $25.00 per person; Kids under 12 "Free" with paying adult
$10 Cover Charge to attend Banquet ONLY... Meal NOT included
Banquet tickets are $15 when purchased in conjunction with a "Premium" Raffle ticket before February 25, 2010.
Total: $115 each for Premium Raffle Ticket and Banquet Ticket...must be purchased by February 25, 2010 to get $10 discount.

Friday, March 5th:
DDC NC Bowhunter Venue Opens:
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Vendor booths open.
3-D Shoot OPEN during all DDC hours in the Dorton Arena.
Saturday, March 6th
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Doors Open to Public, Exhibitor Room Opens.
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM - 3D "Hunter" Shoot in the Dorton Arena.
6 PM until: Awards Banquet in the Kerr-Scott Building.
Sunday, March 7th
9:00 am to 4:00 pm - Doors Open to Public, Exhibitor Room Opens.
9:00 am to 3:00 pm 3-D "Hunter" Shoot
Booth space and tables at convention: Contact Ramon Bell for information on leasing booth space in the Kerr-Scott building or on the front patio.
We will mail or email contract information to you.
Vendors: Booth space cost: Corner Booths: $450; Normal Booths: $400; Table Booths: $240;
Bulk Floor Space (as available): $3.00 per sq. ft. inside; $0.40 per sq. ft. outside/front patio
